When reporting a problem, it helps to mention the page, your device and your browser.

Good things to send us

• Bugs. A timer that drifts, an alarm you can't hear, or a page that looks wrong on your phone or projector.
• Timer ideas. A length or layout you use often that isn't here yet, such as a different interval pattern for training or a classroom routine.
• Accessibility. Anything that's hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader or high-contrast settings. We take these seriously.
• Advertising or partnerships. Business enquiries are welcome at the same address.

We read every message, but we're a small site, so replies can take a few days. We won't add you to any mailing list. Before you write, the questions on each timer page cover the most common answers, such as why a timer needs the tab to stay open and how sound works on phones. Our privacy page explains what happens to any details you send.
